GREEFA’S WEIGHT MEASURING TECHNOLOGY

GREEFA determines the exact product weight in two ways:

1. Weighing in the transfer unit – GeoSort and SmartSort.
2. Weighing in the fruit carrier – CombiSort, EasySort, QSort and MultiSort.

This is the difference:

Weight measurement in the transfer unit

The advanced weighing system is located above the product, which prevents contamination of the weighing elements. The three weighing points provide a stable  measurement – regardless of the fruit’s location.

Weight measurement in the fruit carrier

The same reliable weighing system is located in a central weighing section below the fruit carriers. Similarly, the weighing is unaffected by the fruit’s position in the carrier, ensuring supreme accuracy.
